Fue renovado junto a las demás entidades que integran la Mesa de la Construcción el Plan de Regularización de Construcciones. El mismo promueve acuerdos con municipios y comunas para facilitar la regularización de obras privadas, mediante reducciones del 50% en tasas municipales y aportes por registro de obra diferenciado.
